Warranty Statement

LIMITED WARRANTY FOR THE UNITED STATES

Sunrize Sportz warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects for

the lifetime of the product, which is defined as five years from the date of delivery of the product to the

end user consumer. Because Sunrize Sportz cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized

sellers, this limited warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Sunrize Sportz. Sunrize Sportz reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.

This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.

Please note that Sunrize Sportz reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and require that you send your product or certain product parts back to Sunrize Sportz. You are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product or certain product parts to Sunrize Sportz.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SUNRIZE SPORTZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT OR STRICT LIABILITY.
